Specializing in home raised, high quality yak meat.
For the last 20 years both women have been serving the US especially the Front Range of Colorado and Kansas areas with yak meat from their family ranches. They focus on high quality breeding stock, fiber/clothing and meat. In 2017 we decided to merge to create one company based on USDA yak meat production and free trade products.
In the yak meat industry our largest shortcoming is consistency. Ranches throughout the country feed and finish animals in very diverse ways, impacting the taste and quality of the meat. Our mission is to provide the best quality yak meat consumers can buy. Our low stress handling, animal husbandry practices, and superior feed program; make this possible.
